Service Information
The General Legal Council of the Grenada Bar Association provides the required registration and certificate to practice law in Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique.
Process Steps
- Firstly, users need to register as a Citizen or as a Visitor to apply for this service.
- Download the Certificate to Practice Law Application Form
- While filling the form, please provide all details requested. This includes Place of Graduation, Current Practice, and Countries Registered among others.
- Upload the filled form and additional certificates/documents as required
- Digital Copy of Passport size photographs
- Notarized copy of Law Degree, Diploma, Course Certificates and Post-Graduate Degree. All documents must be in English or translated by a registered public interpreter and certified by a Notary Public.
- Curriculum Vitae (Resume)
- Notarized copy of current Legal Practicing License.
- Two letters of professional references.
- Letter of Good Standing from current Bar Member stating/certifying that no Legal action has been taken or is pending.
- Medical Certification of fitness to work.
- Evidence to prove competency in English language, both verbal and writing skills (Non-English speaking applicants only)
