The Department of Public Administration has a responsibility for developing public officers. Accordingly, the Department offers training programs to public officers by way of the M-Star Training Support Platform.
M-Star Training Support Platform (TSP) is the government-wide training platform that manages, schedules, tracks, analyzes, and reports upon all instructor-led and virtual training initiatives across the Government of Grenada, its Ministries and its Departments and Units. It streamlines training throughout the entire government.
M-Star TSP is a highly-intuitive training platform that supports the entire training spectrum; including traditional face-to-face classroom instruction, all models of blended learning and delivery of fully virtual online courses.
M-Star TSP is a single solution that supports each stakeholder in the online training community by bringing both trainers and trainees together on a cohesive platform, providing user-friendly tools and resources, putting analytics at the fingertips of trainers and administrators, and making proactive engagements with trainees a simple matter.

- Login to M-Star Training Support Platform with the credentials provided by the Department of Public Administration.
- Access the specific training programs that you have been approved for.
- Complete the training program during the stipulated time period.
All Government of Grenada can access the M-Star Training Support Platform free of charge; however, costs for specific training programs vary.
