ACE is part of the ASPIRE project funded by CDB and the Government of Grenada. It is a community intervention to address youth at risk in the communities who have had conflict with the law or have the potential to be in conflict.
Project ACE (Actively Committed Empowered) is an integrated 11-month community-based training program targeting 25 at-risk youths, ages 18-30 years old in the community of Mt. Horne, St. Andrew. ACE is sponsored by the Government of Grenada and The Caribbean Development Bank. The project targets juveniles, youths-at-risk, their families and communities and is designed to build resilience against criminogenic factors impacting vulnerable segments of these population. Special emphasis is being placed on life skills, literacy, numeracy, skills and small business training.
