Objectives

• To re-establish a basis for the continuation of quality calypso throughout Grenada
• To get more people involved in the teaching of calypso writing
• To preserve the Art form by implementing it in school
• To get students to be interested in writing calypso and to appreciate the Art form
• To educate teachers about the importance of introducing the Art form to the school’s curriculum.
