Expression of Interest to Serve

INTRODUCTION

The Government of Grenada is committed to drawing on the country’s best talents to deliver on its Transformation Agenda.

This invitation is to all citizens, at home and abroad, to indicate their willingness to serve on the Board of Directors of various government entities. 

Grenadians need not be resident to serve as directors as the technology allows/enables effective non-physical collaborations and decision making.

Prior service as Board Member or Senior Manager is not prerequisite for being considered as a potential Director.

Please note that the government of Grenada is committed to train, invest in and develop young persons to become able and competent Directors.

By completing this Form, should you be selected to be a Director you are committing to:

i. become duly qualified as an Accredited Director within a year of appointment, at the expense of the Board to which you are appointed, if you are not yet an Accredited Director

ii. engage in ongoing professional development, at the expense of the Board to which you are appointed.

iii. abide by the code of professional conduct that will govern all directors serving on Boards of government entities.

The information provided will  assist the Government of Grenada in forming a view as to your fitness and probity to be a Director on the selected entity or any other as it sees fit and to which you may agree.
